Plan Your Visit

Tell Us About the Trip.

Four short steps: where you are going, what support you need on the ground, the trip itself, and how to reach you. We will come back to you on what is workable for the dates and the destination you have in mind.

Which destination?

What is the purpose of the trip?

Only destinations we currently coordinate appear in this list. Where a destination is missing, its page explains the position. This is an enquiry rather than a booking: nothing is reserved, nothing is charged, and no payment details are taken here at any point.

Local Providers

Verified Before Introduced.

Coordination means putting you in front of the right local people. Which makes who those people are the part that matters most, so we check them rather than take a recommendation at face value.

  1. 01

    Identity and legal entity

The registered business, its owners, and confirmation that the entity actually exists in the country it claims to operate in.

  2. 02

    Licence for the activity

Tour operation, ground transport and guiding are licensed activities in most of these markets. We check the licence rather than take the claim.

  3. 03

    Direct confirmation

We speak to the provider and confirm the relationship, the services and the terms in their own words.

  4. 04

    Consent to be named

Public listing is a separate agreement from verification. A verified provider stays unnamed until they agree to be named.

  5. 05

    Review date

Every verified record carries the date it was checked, and is rechecked rather than assumed.

We coordinate local providers around your destination, schedule and requirements. Government and institutional meetings can be requested as part of your itinerary, subject to the relevant institution accepting the request.

Travel conditions, entry requirements and government advisories change faster than any website. Everything here carries the date it was reviewed. Before you travel, check your own government’s current advice and confirm entry requirements with the relevant diplomatic mission.
